Mirva Arvola advises international and domestic clients in matters relating to competition law, including e.g. merger control proceedings, competition authority investigations, and matters relating to competition law compliance. She also regularly advises on matters relating to foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and related authority proceedings. Mirva has also experience from public procurement matters.

Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius as an associate, Mirva gained valuable experience of public enforcement of competition law by working as a specialist in the Competition Enforcement Unit at the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority. In addition, she has gained experience in competition and corporate law from other leading Finnish law firms.
