WWF Finland works in Finland and its surrounding areas to protect endangered animals and habitats. Another important objective is to decrease the environmental effects of human actions, i.e. the ecological footprint. This work includes promoting sustainable consumption and production, mitigating climate change and decreasing water consumption along with its environmental effects. WWF Finland also works to protect nature and to improve the living conditions of local people in developing countries in Asia and Africa. WWF Finland is part of the global organization of the WWF.
Dittmar & Indrenius is the co-operation partner of WWF Finland for legal services. The partnership includes pro bono work and other joint activities.
Since December 2015 Dittmar & Indrenius has been a WWF Green Office. Green office is a practical environmental management system for offices developed by WWF Finland. The power of Green Office is built by tangible targets and involving people in changing their consumer habits. In addition to committing to reduced paper consumption per employee, Dittmar & Indrenius' green goals culminate in lower energy consumption, recycling, waste sorting and sustainability in office equipment.
Building Sustainable Peace Across the Globe
CMI (Crisis Management Initiative) is a Finnish independent non-profit organisation that works to resolve conflict and to build sustainable peace. CMI was founded by President Martti Ahtisaari in 2000. Based in Helsinki and with operations spread across the globe, CMI has a team of almost 80 dedicated professionals, bringing their experience and expertise in conflict prevention, conflict resolution and peace mediation to many of the world’s regions most affected by conflict.

Small JOY is a BIG issue!
Finnish Hospital Clowns Association employs and trains hospital clowns who do their rounds in the pediatric wards delighting young patients and their families. They give the children the authority to be in a good mood, the right to laugh and be funny in the midst of the everyday life of the hospital.

Home Away from Home
Ronald McDonald House Charity in Finland (Ronald McDonald Lastentalosäätiö) promotes the well being of children and provides a "home-away-from-home" for families with hospitalized children through the Ronald McDonald House, enabling families to stay close by their hospitalized children.
